How To Use
Simple syrups are a true bar staple, and every home bar should have one — or better yet, a few. A wide variety of cocktails and mocktails call for simple syrup to add balanced sweetness and a smooth, luxurious mouthfeel.
We suggest starting with ½ oz, then adjusting to taste. Our simple syrups are never overly or cloyingly sweet, so begin with a small amount and add gradually until you reach your desired level of sweetness. Remember — you can always add more, but you can’t take it away once it’s too sweet.
