PUR Frozen Cocktail Packs are crafted in small batches using organic 100% cane sugar and whole freeze-dried fruit and vegetable powders. We use only all-natural ingredients, with no extracts, preservatives, artificial flavours, or colours of any kind.
Because these mixes are made with real whole fruit powders, you may notice a small amount of natural sediment — this is simply the nature of freeze-dried fruit. Just give it a gentle stir, sit back, and enjoy.

How to Use
This is the easy part — you’re just a few simple steps away from a delicious frozen cocktail or mocktail.
FROZEN COCKTAIL INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Remove the purpose-designed freezer pouch from the package. Open and stand the pouch upright.STEP 2
Pour in 1.5 cups of vodka, then add 4.5 cups of water.
Stir gently with a large spoon until fully combined. Natural culinary-grade lavender buds are included — these will not dissolve and are meant to float in the mixture.STEP 3
Seal the pouch tightly and place it upright in the freezer for 5–7 hours, depending on your freezer temperature.STEP 4
When ready, remove from the freezer and gently squeeze or knead the pouch to create a smooth slushy texture and break up any frozen pieces.STEP 5
Open, pour or scoop into your glass, garnish, and enjoy.Leftovers
Simply reseal the pouch and return it to the freezer. When ready to enjoy again, gently knead to restore the slushy consistency.*** PRO TIP
For a little extra indulgence, once your Frozen Italian Espresso is in your glass, top with a bit of Vanilla or Chocolate Ice cream!
FOR A MOCKTAIL
Replace the 1.5 cups vodka with:
- zero-proof vodka alternative, or
- plain water
Because there is no alcohol, the mixture may freeze more firmly. Check after a few hours and gently knead the pouch occasionally until it reaches a slushy consistency.
Now just sit back and enjoy! Yes, its that easy.
NOTE: It is important to remember we use real freeze dried fruit in our formulations. So you may see some sediment at the bottom of your glass. That is just the Real Fruit that did not completely dissolve. So just enjoy the realness!
