Bee-Have Bellini

Our Bee-Have Bellini Infusion Jar is packed with sweet ripe peaches, Meyer Lemon and Organic Honey.   Sweet and bursting with flavour just top with a bit of Sparkling wine and you are ready for brunch! This Bellinis foundation is Tequila as the spirit but is equally good with Vodka, rum or gin. 

 

Ingredients: Peaches, Meyer Lemon, Valencia ORange, Persian Lime, Organic Honey Powder, 100% Whole Fruit Peach & Lemon Powder Infused Cane Sugar. 

 

Suggested Spirits: Tequila

 

This Craft Cocktail Infusion Kit includes a 500ml glass mason jar with all of the infusion ingredients curated perfectly for your infusion.  Makes 8 - 12 servings.  The dry unused mix has a shelf life of 1 year.  Alcohol is not included.

This is the easy part, your infusion is completed in 3 simple steps.

 

STEP 1: Fill your cocktail infusion jar with the spirit of your choice.  Shake gently for about 30 seconds and place in your refrigerator or a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

 

STEP 2: Allow the ingredients to infuse for 2 days to extract the best flavour possible.  Then strain the infused spirit and place back into the infusion jar.

 

STEP 3. Craft your cocktail!  Use one of our recipes from the Cocktail Menu or create one of your own.

 

STORING: Store your completed and strained infusion in the refrigerator or on your home bar out of direct sunlight.  Once infusion is complete and strained we suggest consuming your  infused spirits within 45 days.
