West Coast Berry Margarita
Start by infusing our West Coast Berry Cosmo Infusion Kit with 12oz of your fave Tequila.  Infuse for 3 days then strain off ingredients. 
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz West Coast Berry Infused tequila
- 1oz fresh lime juice
- .5oz of Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
METHOD
- Rim your glass with a natural flake salt, then fill with ice.
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice.
- Shake well for about 20 seconds
- Strain into your rimmed cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fresh slice of lime.
Sit back & Enjoy!

Strawberry Rhubarb Gin Rickey

Raspberry Shortcake Paloma

Strawberry Rhubarb Margarita
Start by infusing our Strawberry Rhubarb Infusion Kit with 12oz of your fave Tequila.  Infuse for 3 days then strain off ingredients. 
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz Strawberry Rhubarb Infused tequila
- 1oz fresh lime juice
- 2oz strawberry juice
- .5oz of Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
METHOD
- Rim your glass with a natural flake salt, then fill with ice.
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice.
- Shake well for about 20 seconds
- Strain into your rimmed cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fresh slice of lime.
NOTE:
If you prefer a blended slushy margarita, place all the shaken ingredients (including the ice) into a magic bullet or blender. Blend well until slushy. Then pour into a rimmed glass without any ice.
Sit back & Enjoy!

Raspberry Shortcake Kiss
Start by pouring 12oz of your fave vodka into the Raspberry Shortcake Infusion jar.
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz of Raspberry Shortcake Infused vodka
- 1 raw egg white
- .5oz of fresh lemon juice
- .5oz of fresh lime juice
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker but with NO ICE! You are going to dry Shake first to incorporate the egg white and make it frothy
- Shake very well for 20 - 30 seconds
- Then add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake for another 20 seconds
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a few raspberries or a lemon twist
Sit back, chill and Enjoy!

Start by pouring 12 oz of your favourite dark rum into the West Coast Berry Cosmo Infusion jar.  Let the spirit infuse for 3 days then strain off ingredients and you are ready to make your cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz of West Coast Berry Cosmo Infused rum
- .5oz of fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 - 3 mint leaves
- Ginger beer
METHOD
- Place the mint in a cocktail shake and gently muddle
- Place all the ingredients (except the ginger beer!) into a cocktail shaker full of ice.
- Shake well for 20 - 30 seconds
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a rocks glass full of ice
- garnish with a few blackberries, or/and a lemon/orange/slice
Sit back, relax and Enjoy!
